Dance Your Way To Birth! Experience the original prenatal dance class that celebrates and supports your changing body and prepares you for labor. Learn movements specifically designed to improve balance, coordination and posture. Practice core strengthening and flexibility work that is appropriate for pregnancy, and learn to isolate, strengthen and tone pelvic floor muscles. You will leave this class feeling great! No dance experience is necessary, includes modifications for all stages of pregnancy and is appropriate for all fitness levels.
*Follows the prenatal exercise guidelines of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, and includes low impact dance and exercise specifically designed for pregnant women.
