Private Sessions


One-on-one sessions provide the personal attention required for a uniquely tailored workout, in the privacy of your own home where you feel most at ease. Techniques stem from our diverse background in yoga, Pilates and dance; we provide you with the tools for core-strengthening and a sound understanding of balance and bliss.

PRENATAL

Women respond innately to pregnancy. Sessions aid in that response to maintaining clear mindedness, coordination and balance between body and soul. You will increase strength and endurance, learn to isolate pelvic floor muscles and counteract postural changes common during pregnancy. Movements are designed to promote circulation and digestion while alleviating many of the natural discomforts including nausea, swelling, sciatica, constipation and varicose veins.

This class includes modifications for all stages of pregnancy, and follows the prenatal exercise guidelines of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. We welcome your questions, as Suzanne has danced through two of her own pregnancies. Please consult with your physician/midwife before participating.

POSTPARTUM

Designed specifically for new moms, regain your shape and increase energy levels. Emphasis is placed on core exercises for stability including diastases recti rehabilitation and pelvic floor work. Rejuvenate through free-flowing exercise and yoga therapy, both support healing and prevent injury. Postpartum is a sensitive transition. Hormone levels often fluctuate dramatically, causing a wide range of feelings physically and mentally. These sessions allow you to recover respectfully and smoothly.
